Project Overview

An extensive renovation of a semi-detached property located on Heatham Park in Twickenham. The project focused on dramatically enhancing the building's thermal performance via external wall insulation, restructuring the ground floor layout for modern open-plan living, upgrading windows and doors, and delivering a high-specification interior finish throughout. Every phase of the modernization was carefully managed to improve spatial flow, optimize energy efficiency, and elevate the overall aesthetic standard of the home.

  • External Wall Insulation (EWI): The building envelope was significantly upgraded by installing high-performance 100 mm external insulation across the exterior facades, boosting energy efficiency and modernising the property's outer appearance.

  • Structural Open-Plan Configuration: The interior layout was reconfigured using structural steel beams and columns and professional support frameworks to create a spacious, open-plan ground floor living environment.

  • Contemporary Aluminium Windows & Facade Update: Fitted with premium aluminium windows featuring sleek dark anthracite grey frames and a modern front entrance door, offering superior durability and a desirable modern finish that perfectly complements the crisp white rendered exterior finish.
