As part of our ongoing commitment to showcasing our craftsmanship and sharing the complete stories behind our work, we knew right away that our Parkgate Road project deserved an in-depth feature. Completed in June 2026 and recently published over in our Projects section, this complete top-to-bottom renovation of a premium Battersea apartment represents everything we love doing at VoskeFinish.
The brief was simple yet demanding: transform a blank canvas into a seamless, elegant living space blending contemporary luxury with custom-crafted, highly functional elements. Every room was stripped back and meticulously rebuilt by our team to deliver an immaculate, bespoke specification throughout. Here is a look inside what went into making this transformation so special.
Redefining Open-Plan Living
The heart of the apartment is a sweeping open-plan kitchen and living area designed to maximize natural light and flow.
- Architectural Details: Rather than fighting the property's original structure, we leaned into it—dividing the expansive space with a striking oval curved column that embraces the room's unique layout.
- Seamless Flooring: Premium, wide-plank engineered oak flooring runs uninterrupted across the entire layout, creating a bright, cohesive, and airy atmosphere.
Bespoke Kitchen Architecture by deVOL
The kitchen combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary luxury, featuring custom-built, floor-to-ceiling shaker cabinetry by deVOL in soft ivory.
- Statement Finishes: The soft ivory cabinets are beautifully contrasted by a warm, mustard-toned statement island complete with integrated seating.
- High-End Details: The workspace is elevated by premium Taj Royale stone worktops, an intricate vertical Marrakesh Hessian Bejmat tile backsplash, a classic RangeMaster cooker, and polished brass hardware.
The Master Ensuite Sanctuary
The master bathroom is a true exercise in luxury wellness design.
- Custom Vanity & Brass Accents: It features a bespoke double vanity crafted from luxury oak by Lusso, topped with dual undermount sinks and deck-mounted brushed brass mixers from ORE. Twin oval brass-rimmed mirrors and warm ambient lighting complete the look.
- The Wet Room Experience: A walk-in, low-profile Matki shower enclosure is lined with natural Dijon limestone tiles, complemented by a rich walnut feature storage unit.
The Contemporary Guest Bathroom
For the guest bathroom, we focused on rich, earthy tones and textures. A deep soaking tub is framed by textured green Zellige-style tiling, balanced by a floating oak vanity unit, wall-hung WC, and striking brushed brass tapware.

From complex layout alterations and plumbing overhauls to precision framing and custom joinery installation, every stage of the construction phase was carefully managed by our team.
